Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged with attention to detail. Please allow adequate processing time before shipment.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.

  • Workshop registrations and digital confirmations are delivered electronically.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

Shipping delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Workshop registrations

Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.
